Stamping Fixtures

For this project (shown in the 2 photos above) we produced aluminum fixtures used for checking stampings produced for the GMT 191 Program which is the 2005 Chevrolet Equinox SUV, developed by GM. Our customer for this project was Titan Tool.

This photo (directly above) shows one of 16 fixtures we developed and produced for stamped components to be used on the Mitsubishi PS24 Model. This aluminum block fixture was hard coat anodized (to 55 Rockwell) to increase the life of the fixture.
